Delivery and Returns

Although the delivery time of our products varies according to the regions; this period is a maximum of 10 business days. ORGANICMIRA's solution partners in cargo shipments are cargo companies. Orders you place on our site will be delivered to you in the fastest and safest way possible.

In addition, when your order is shipped, a cargo delivery e-mail will be sent to you automatically by our system. With this e-mail, you can learn when your order has been delivered to the cargo, and you can easily see the status of your order by entering the "My Account> My Orders" page.

The product or products to be returned or exchanged must be undamaged in their original packaging and must be sent with the invoice. For this reason, we would like to remind you to check and buy your product when it first arrives, and if there is any damage, whether or not to accept it.

If the product is not in its original package, the packaging cost is deducted from the return amount. If there are returns arising from conditions such as staining or wetting that cannot pass the quality control in the product you sent, the product is not accepted. In these cases, you can get the product back by covering the shipping cost.

Will I pay the shipping costs for the product I returned?

The shipping costs of all the products you send to organicmira.com with a return request belong to the customer.

How can I start the return and exchange process of the products I bought from organicmira.com?

For return / change or replacement of your damaged / problematic product, you must send your request in writing to organicmira.tr@gmail.com via e-mail.

In the return or exchange requests you have sent; Detailed photos of the relevant product should be included in order to determine the condition of the product. Our expert teams will examine the issue within 2 working days and return to you.

For changes to be made by cargo; The whole of the damaged / problematic product will be produced again and sent to your address within 20 days at the latest.

For the returns to be made by cargo; With the approval of your request, you can return the product you want to return with PTT Cargo.

What are the return and exchange conditions of the products I bought from organicmira.com?

As the product to be returned is delivered to you; It must be sent to us, packed, complete and undamaged. After the product arrives, general checks are made by our experts. If any deficiency is found after these checks, the determined amount is deducted from the refund amount. As an example of these situations;

If the product is not in its original package, the packaging cost is deducted from the return amount. If there are returns arising from staining, wetting, burning, etc. that cannot pass the quality control in the product you sent, the product is not accepted. In these cases, you can get the product back by covering the shipping cost.

In case of intentional or erroneous damages, the amount equal to the value of the damaged part is deducted from the return amount.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days after receiving the product, without any justification and without penal terms. In accordance with the general communiqué of the tax procedure law numbered 385, the buyer must send the invoice to the seller with the product to the seller, which is delivered with the goods. The right of withdrawal starts from the day the goods are delivered to the buyer. The cost of returning the returned product or products must be borne by the buyer.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods prepared in line with the buyer's wishes and / or his personal needs.

If the buyer exercises his right of withdrawal, the seller will return the total price received within ten days from the receipt of the invoice together with the product, and any document that puts the consumer under debt, at no cost to the consumer.

The decrease in the value of the delivered goods or the existence of a reason that makes it impossible to return does not prevent the right of withdrawal from being exercised. However, if the depreciation or the impossibility of the return is due to the consumer's fault, the seller must compensate the value or decrease in the value of the goods.

The general return period for each product purchased inadvertently is 14 days. During this period, the return of products that have been opened, used, destroyed and so on are not accepted. Returns must be made in original packaging.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, destruction, tearing, use and other situations are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the state it was delivered to the buyer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

For product returns, the situation should first be communicated to customer service. The information about the return of the product is transmitted to the customer by the seller. After this meeting, the invoice containing the information about the product return must be delivered to the seller via the courier company that delivers to the address of the buyer. If the returned product that reaches the seller meets the conditions specified in this contract, it is accepted as a return, and the refund is made to the credit card / account of the buyer. No refund will be made until the product is returned. The reflection period of credit card refunds on credit card accounts is at the disposal of the relevant bank.

If the shopping is made with a credit card and in installments, the credit card refund procedure will be applied as follows: If the buyer has submitted the purchase request with the number of installments, the Bank pays the buyer in installments. After the seller pays the entire price of the product to the bank at once, in case the installment expenses made from the Bank POS are returned to the buyer's credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred to the bearer party accounts in installments, again in installments, in order to prevent the parties involved in the matter from falling into disadvantage. The installment amounts paid by the buyer until the cancellation of the sale, if the return date and the card cut-off date do not coincide, 1 (one) refund will be reflected on the card each month, and the installments paid by the buyer before the return will be paid more months after the installments of the sale are over, and will be deducted from your current debt.

In the event of the return of goods and services purchased with a card, the seller cannot pay the buyer in cash in accordance with the contract made with the Bank. In case of a refund transaction, the merchant, namely the seller, will make the refund via the relevant software, and the merchant, the seller, is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or on account, so the buyer cannot be paid in cash in accordance with the procedure detailed above. The refund to the credit card will be made by the Bank in accordance with the above procedure, after the buyer pays the bank in one go.
